Business or Occupation License

The City of Batesville does not require a business or occupation license. It is always a good idea to contact our Code Enforcement Office for any permits or zoning restrictions prior to opening a new business. If you need a letter stating no business or occupation license is required, please feel free to contact our office and we can send one out to you.

Monthly Permits

Our monthly Project reports have moved~ At the top of the homepage select City Documents and select Monthly Permits. Projects are in folders by year and then sorted by month.
