Batesville Water Utility has transitioned to a new, more secure online payment platform called Invoice Cloud. This upgrade was made with your security and convenience in mind, and we want to assure you — your account and service are in good standing though you will need to create a new Online Account at www.Batesvillearkansas.gov if you wish to use our new Online Services.

We understand that an unexpected email from our previous payment vendor may have caused concern. We sincerely apologize for any alarm it created. That message was sent without our authorization and does not reflect the status of your account.

We did want to take a moment to mention that we worked hard to keep our customers informed ahead of this change. Bill insert notifications were included with two months of statements prior to the launch, and details about the new system have been posted on the City of Batesville’s main website for the past two months as well. We recognize change can be frustrating, and we appreciate your patience and understanding.

Here’s what you need to know going forward:
