If you are moving to Batesville and are more than an hour and a half away. Please complete the “Residential Utility Release Form” online.
Upon completion of the form, email the form, rental\lease agreement and an enlarged copy of your drivers license to newservice@batesvillearkansas.gov
P.S. – ONCE YOU HAVE ARRIVED , YOU MUST COME IN THE OFFICE AND SIGN THE DEPOSIT SLIP
