Public Awareness Notice Published on April 26, 2021 Construction of upgrades and improvements to the Batesville Water Utilities primary interceptor sewer system were partially financed by the Clean Water State Revolving Fund. The CWSRF program is administered by the Arkansas Natural Resources Commission with joint funding from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the State of Arkansas.
