Batesville Water Utility is excited to announce that we have new and improved bill payment portal Our new customer portal will provide a user-friendly way to view and pay your bills online. You will be able to Schedule Payments, set it and forget it with AutoPay, enroll in Paperless Billing, and more. It's simple, safe, and secure! Read our Introductory Customer Letter here(PDF, 10MB)

Please Note: You will need to re-register and re-enroll in AutoPay once the new system is live to use this service. We are sending out additional information with steps on how to re-enroll to the new system. Important notice(DOCX, 13KB).
